At a November 12, 2025 council meeting, Mayor Anthony Coppola and Director of Emergency Services Joe Picardi acknowledged Telcom Construction Services for service, safety, and professionalism. PA Market Lead, Joseph Malriat accepted a Certificate of Appreciation on the company’s behalf.

Telcom donated both labor and materials to design and install omni antennas, mounts, cabling, and supporting infrastructure at a municipal site. The team completed the work on its own time and at no cost to the Township. The installation expanded two-way radio coverage through Gloucester County, giving the Office of Emergency Management stronger communication reach during emergencies. The effort also supports ongoing public-safety plans to extend similar systems into schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other priority facilities.

The project recorded zero incidents, met regulatory standards, and maintained clear communication with Township officials throughout. It also met expectations for aerial work, RF-exposure mitigation, and public-area site control.

The recognition reflects Telcom’s growing partnerships across New Jersey with police, fire, OEM, and wildlife-response teams. These relationships help reduce delays linked to access limits, landlord issues, or wildlife-related restrictions. Telcom continues to build trust with unions, utility contractors, tower owners, construction managers, and regulatory partners.
